I've only recently started taking its the Fizz products, including Advanced Metabolites, Life Support, and Carb Shield.
So far, Life Support has been fantastic and has given me the energy boost I needed, thanks to its great blend of supplements. Advanced Metabolites and Carb Shield are more recent additions to my routine, so it's still too early to see noticeable results.
I'm optimistic and plan to continue using them for another month before assessing the changes. I'll be happy to update my review once I've had more time to experience the full benefits.

I have only been using Lean & Mean for a little under a month (orange & green tubes) and can definitely state that energy levels are up, and daytime cravings are reduced. I have not seen a huge improvement on the scale, but my body does seem tighter, and clothes are fitting looser!
So far so good. I have been using these for about 10d now. The cravings have reduced making it easier for me to stick to a healthy diet. Not really used the carb shield much as I am trying to stick to a low carb diet anyway but hoping on the two occasions I did that or maybe supported my efforts.
I ordered both of these to give them a try (I got the package deal with the carb shield as well but not tried these yet). The order process was a little disappointing as you had advertised 50% off with a code but the code only gave 10% off, even after following up that was it. So disappointed with the false advertising.
I think the products are helping with the food noise. I have been able to manage my cravings better this week than I did before. So hoping this gives me a boost. I think the life support is helping a bit with my energy. It’s still low but better and I know I need another iron infusion soon as I am badly anemic. Hoping to see more benefits as I take it for longer. It’s only been a week.
I have been using it alongside the Life Support and it makes the biggest difference in the world. I am super impressed with this product.

These tablets are great, Ive noticed reduced cravings particularly around ovulation where hormonal changes happen & I typically snack more. The food noise is alot less and feel I can keep a hold of my meal plan without falling off during my cycle. Ive taken these for two weeks and whilst still early I feel they are a great addition to a balanced diet. They taste nice and don’t upset my GI track.
