For safety reasons we can only accept returns for products that are unused & unopened subject to inspection once the goods are delivered back to us. The customer will also bear the cost of delivery for returns. Please contact us at support@itsthefizz.com for refunds that meet the following conditions:
- Not more than 7 days after the purchase date
- Refund will be made within a 30-day period after the request
- Cost of delivery, if any, will not be included in the refund
- Refund can and will only be made to the credit card that was used to process the purchase
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, labels, free gifts, bonus item, and documentation shipped with the product and must be returned in original condition. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse return of items when it is obvious that hygiene measures have not been followed. If the product is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment excluding any shipping charges (other than the original shipping costs invoiced).
Please contact us at support@itsthefizz.com for cancellations in exceptional cases under the following conditions:
- Cancellations can only be made for exceptional cases within 24 hours of the order if the order has not yet been fulfilled
- Refund will be made within a 30-day period after the request
- Refund can and will only be made to the credit card that was used to process the purchase
